Below is our recent interview with Danielle Griebel, CEO at Performulus:

Q: Danielle, can you tell us something more about your platform?

A: Performulus transforms goals into results. The web-based, no-code platform enables teams to deliver personalized, dynamic ‘Performance Formulas’ (activity plans that maximize performance) building accountability, boosting confidence, and driving dramatic new levels of individual and team success.

Whether you’re in sales, sports, college, or just wanting to achieve more, Performulus facilitates the discipline and daily habits necessary to create high performing teams and team members.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: Our mission is to inspire and empower the human spirit to achieve its full potential… One person, one plan, one dream at a time, so we created Project Lifeline for Sports, the charitable arm of Performulus. Project Lifeline allows us to put the positive power of our platform into the hands of more young athletes when they need it most, no matter the cost.

The program is supported by corporate and individual donors, and all donated funds are tax deductible, applied in accordance with the stated philanthropic purpose, and utilized in compliance with IRS regulations.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: We designed Performulus to empower teams and athletes to achieve more. Teams that use Performulus are physically, emotionally, and mentally prepared to compete and win in their sport and in life.

With the easy-to-use web-based application, coaches can provide personalized training and development plans, as well as daily activities designed to develop confidence, discipline, motivation, character, and other values that help build not only a strong athlete, but a well-rounded person.

Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: One of the most exciting things in a startup are the unexpected twists and turns. We continue to uncover new use cases that are perfectly suited to our product. In the next 6 months we’ll be exploring several new applications including NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) compliance and career preparedness platforms for universities, productivity enhancements for insurance agencies, and many other partnerships.

Having been in business for only two years, we are so grateful to be of service to users across the country. Currently, sales and sports teams alike use Performulus to stay on track to not only reach, but exceed their goals. They stay connected to one another and to their leaders, remain focused on what they want to accomplish personally and professionally, and are accountable to themselves and their teams.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: We have a GREAT company culture. We care deeply about being of SERVICE to our customers, our employees, our community, and our investors – and that culture is the lens through which we make decisions day to day, how we plan strategically, and how we navigate the tumultuous seas of a SaaS startup, especially during and following COVID.
