Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Radius Networks is a location technology company that helps companies save time for customers and staff by streamlining operations and the user experience. The Flybuy SaaS platform is leveraged by restaurants, retailers, hospitality, and grocers around the world and includes: Flybuy Pickup for curbside, delivery, and in-store pickup; Flybuy Pay for mobile payment optimization; Flybuy Drive-Thru for loyalty identification and offer redemption; and Flybuy Tableside for innovative dine-in experiences.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Flybuy Drive-Thru streamlines loyalty identification and offers redemption in the drive-thru lane. Recently, Flybuy added a Face-to-Face capability to service those restaurants who have dedicated staff members in the drive-thru line taking orders on a tablet.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Flybuy Drive-Thru automatically identifies and sequences customers in the drive-thru lane. Brands leverage this data to prompt loyalty points and offer redemption, tailor menu items based on previous orders, activate contactless mobile payment, and overall personalize the entire customer experience. This technology connects the customer’s mobile device directly to the venue’s Point-of-Sale, drastically increasing the speed of service, simplifying the entire process. Flybuy Drive-Thru can be leveraged for traditional drive-thru lanes, pickup windows, or “virtual” drive-thru lanes, which are becoming increasingly popular as restaurants shift their strategy to off-premise sales.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: The Flybuy Platform has become vital to the ongoing success of our partners. Our focus has primarily been to help restaurants, grocers, and retailers create a flawless off-premise business. The flexibility of our platform sets companies up for long-term success, whether they shift their focus from curbside pickup to drive-thru, or decide to future-proof their loyalty programs, provide contactless payment options, or drive customers back into their brick and mortar. Restaurants, retailers, and grocers need Flybuy to grow sales, reduce wait times, and make their customers happy, and we are continually driven to innovate and create new products for our customers.
