Q: For those who have never heard of it, how would you describe Veo?
A: Veo is a complete, portable and affordable camera solution that enables sports teams to record and analyse their matches and training sessions without the need for a camera operator.
Q: Can you explain the benefits for football clubs of using Veo?
A: Veo makes the whole process of filming a sports game easy and simple. You put up the camera, press record and the match is recorded. When the recording is uploaded from the camera to our platform, our AI automatically creates a broadcast version of the match that follows the game. With the video, coaches can analyse the team’s and players’ performances and clearly see the patterns of the game. They don’t have to rely solely on their memory and ability to perceive every little detail while coaching and inspiring the team to win. On the platform, they can easily analyse and share the findings with the players. For a young football player, it can make a significant difference in the development of the talent to have video to learn from.

Q: You’ve recently raised €20,000,000 in Series B funding; can you tell us something more?
A: The investment gives us the possibility to further develop our camera and platform solution. At the same time, we can further develop our organisation.
Q: Can you describe a typical use case for your solution?
A: Our users are typically coaches or analysts who film their matches or training sessions for the purpose of analysing either the players’ performance or the tactics of the team.

Q: What is next on the roadmap for Veo?
A: We’re constantly developing new features on the platform and later this year, we have big news that will take Veo to the next level.
