Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: In today’s home/office work environments, customers are working with multiple devices and require those devices to be accessible and ‘just work’ with limited intervention. The Visioneer Rabbit PC30dwn is a monochrome LED printer/copier that connects via USB, Ethernet or WiFi, and is mobile-ready for use with Apple AirPrint and Mopria Print Service (Android).
The Rabbit PC30dwn is also being offered in cost-saving bundles that include replacement toner and drum units. Bundles are available from your favorite IT reseller, online retailer or directly from Visioneer.
Visioneer prides itself on providing an exceptional customer experience and a customer care department is equipped with the latest in remote support technology, including Xerox’s CareAR, an augmented reality tool that allows our team to see exactly what the customer is seeing.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We are excited to share that customers can expect more printing devices from Visioneer with unique, easy-to-use designs, that support home/office projects and empower customers to create and go!
