Q: Can you tell us something more about Multiverse Computing and your history?
A: Multiverse Computing is the world-leader in applying quantum and quantum-inspired solutions to finance. Founded in 2019 with headquarters in San Sebastian (Spain), it has also offices in Toronto, Paris and Munich. Our algorithms for optimization and machine learning have proven to be extremely powerful in dealing with real data and in real situations and, in fact, we are working already with several top-world banks such as Credit Agricole, BBVA and Bankia/Caixa. We have top quantum talent, and are now around 30 employees from 10 different nationalities. Our main product, “Singularity”, allows easy access to quantum computing capabilities, without having no quantum knowledge at all.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We just closed a 10M€ seed funding round. The funding will be used to further develop our main product, extend our solution to other verticals such as energy, transportation and smart manufacturing (where we already have projects), and expand our international presence.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Our product will be commercialized as SaaS. “Singularity” will allow you to solve complex optimization and machine learning problems using our own patented solutions based on quantum and quantum-inspired computing, with the ability to use a wide variety of quantum hardware platforms.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We plan to extend our solution, already proven successful in finance, to other verticals. In particular, we plan to develop tailored solutions for energy, transportation, and smart manufacturing. Each one of these solutions will come tailored to the specifics of each vertical, with specific frontends and applications. Moreover, we plan to expand our international presence and hire more people in all our offices. Our plan is to keep growing and become a solid reference in the field.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: In our job posts we say that we love a “happy people culture”, and it is true. In our team, people come from all over the world to work with us because the love the project and the vision. And we provide them with a fantastic environment, full of motivation. Multiverse’s team is absolutely amazing in all aspects. And of course: we are now hiring!
