Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

It was one of the first partners to earn the prestigious Microsoft Azure Expert MSP status – there are around 70 globally out of 70,000 general partners). Cloud Direct provides end-to-end professional and managed services in Azure, M365 and Microsoft Cloud Security. We have advanced specializations in all these areas.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: We provide enterprise-class Microsoft technology to ambitious mid-sized growth organisations. We have packaged offerings to help assess, plan and build a company’s migration to Microsoft cloud, as well as review and optimization services for those already in the cloud. We provide professional and managed services across M365, Teams Calling, Microsoft Azure – Infrastructure, Application and Data modernization and Cloud Security.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Growth. We are seeing huge demand for our services at the moment. People love the fact we have the best skills and accreditations in the UK yet remain agile and personal. The next 6 months will be focusing on growth within the UK, and leveraging the combined offerings from Cloud Direct and Crayon. Beyond that we will be looking to grow the international demand of our offerings being a ‘center of excellence’ for Microsoft cloud managed services.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: We are rolling out an unlimited leave policy – we call it ‘Responsible Time Off’. Our staff are our most valuable asset. Making sure staff can maintain a work-life balance is hugely important to us. We have highly skilled and experienced teams who work hard to deliver and manage customer environments 24/7. Ensuring they also have the downtime needed ensures our teams are able to deliver the best results for our customers.
