Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Manorlead is a startup specializing in AI technologies within the real estate sector. We strive to streamline and enhance transparency in the real estate industry by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Indeed, we recently achieved a significant milestone as the first Canadian AI real estate platform accepted into OpenAI’s early batch of approved plugins, joining alongside established entities such as Zillow and Redfin. With all this innovation, I believe it represents a progressive step towards the evolution of professional service industries through generative AI.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Manorlead’s ChatGPT plugin leverages proprietary AI technologies to intuitively curate property listings according to user preferences. Just as one might describe a home to their family or friends, users would be able to type the same in ChatGPT’s interface.
Specifically, users would be able to specify their ideal city, rent or sale, price range, number of beds, number of baths, and some additional property features, such as property type (townhouse, detached, condo). Afterwards, they would receive a curated link of currently available homes based on their requirements.
Manorlead’s ChatGPT plugin is multilingual and would be able to work with the languages that ChatGPT supports.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Over the next coming months, we are set to launch an enhanced version of the Manorlead ChatGPT plugin, boasting improved user experience and better functionalities, similar to the advanced tools that exist in financial markets. Additionally, we plan to broaden our ChatGPT plugin to support select countries worldwide.
We will be expanding access to our innovative products, for example, manorPortfolio, which is the first AI residential real estate portfolio management system in Canada built for consumers, among other exciting projects.

A: Perhaps the most noteworthy aspect of Manorlead that people may not know about is our commitment to driving innovation and fostering a strong customer-centric approach.
