Q: For those who have never heard of it, how would you describe GIDN app?
A: GIDN is a lifestyle platform that connects users with food vendors and verified service providers. We also provide benefits such as loans and insurance via our partner institutions.
Q: How have you attracted customers and businesses to using the service?
A: We have achieved this by focusing on the benefits to the customers (safe and reliable services due to proper vetting) and vendors( access to loans and visibility using the tools of the app)

Q: Who is your ideal customer and why?
A: GIDN is a two-sided platform
Our ideal customer is a person who is looking for quality in either getting a professional job done or looking to get a nice meal.
For the professionals ( we call them Pros) , our ideal customer is anyone willing to grow their small business and needs visibility
Q: Could you explain the function and advantages of your app compared to
other available similar apps?
A: GIDN is simple to use with no complications. You can complete a search in less than 5 seconds.
Payment is cashless and done via a secured payment gateway called Paystack ( an affiliate of VISA).
The platform also rewards you for each transaction.
The user has several benefits in one single platform ( services, food, loans and insurances ) and the rewards system is fully integrated. This means you can redeem the rewards you get from services under food.
A reliable customer-centric support team available via mutliple channels to give the user a great experience.

Q: What can we expect from GIDN in next six months? What are your plans?
A: Expanding into other parts of the African continent apart from Nigeria where we currently operate.
