Q: For those who haven’t heard of it, what is the best way to describe Feedmonkey?

A: Most products, if not all, are trying to solve a problem to aid the life of the customer/users; With Feedmonkey, we are bridging that communication gap between the product owner and the user. The users know what they want, they use this product more often. Giving them the opportunity to be able to drop feedback, issues, suggestions would go a long way in helping you build user-centric products.

Q: A typical use case of where FeedMonkey can help businesses?

A: Let’s say I run a website where I sell cakes. Users come to the website to order or book for future occasions. I need a way to be able to collect feedback or suggestions from those patronizing me, anonymously or not. With feedmonkey, all you have to do is, Signup, generate a widget, customize your widget if you want to, install on your website and start collecting feedback from users on my website. Takes less than a minute.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your services?

A: Feedmonkey is a complaint management tool. It helps product owners collect suggestions/feedback from users of the product. Yes, there are contact forms on websites, but it comes with it’s own downside, some of which are;

Q: What are your plans?

A: We have more features on the pipeline for feedmonkey. We are trying to simplify complaint management as much as we can. And yes, since we use feedmonkey at feedmonkey, we’ve been able to collect feedback from users on features they would like to see on the platform.

A: Our Mission is to make it easy for product owners to be able to build user-centric products. Products users love. Products backed by user data, and not just a randomly thought-out idea. We try to do all this while making feedmonkey more beautiful and functional for both users and product owners.
