Q: Can you give us more insights into your history and core competence?
A: Established in 2008, Avenue Code is a global technology consulting company headquartered in San Francisco, CA with offices in NYC, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Canada and Europe. Started as a management consultancy in the technology space, we soon realized that the best way to take clients through their digital transformation is to lead them through all stages of the business process automation and show by example. We expanded our development centers into Brazil and LATAM and became a full technology service provider.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: In consulting, our product is our people. At Avenue Code we never lose sight of how important our employees are to our existence, let alone our success. Our employees come first in every decision we make as a company. At any given point, we usually have numerous programs targeting company culture, social awareness and employee satisfaction, work/life balance, and overall happiness. We are very proud and glad to see all these coming to fruition in being voted Best Company for Career Growth (Comparably) by our employees.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: We are an end-to-end technology solution provider building home grown systems for Fortune 100 companies.
We provide innovative solutions and custom software developments for the world’s largest eCommerce and eBusiness companies. We also provide cloud services, application management services, full branding and design, product ideation and management, and management consulting in the technology space
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We’re currently launching an HR-CRM product called Avenue Eco to provide medium-sized companies an affordable technology base through which they can compete against the giants on the global stage. While large consulting companies with tens of thousands of employees can afford to utilize systems like SAP and Salesforce to manage their global operations, the smaller players struggle with managing costs and the challenges of growing globally. Avenue Eco was built to bridge this gap. It’s our David’s rock against Goliath.
In addition, Avenue Code is investing heavily in multiple diversity initiatives like the upcoming Extraordinary Women in Tech Global Conference 2021, which is attracting female leaders from all over the world who will gather to amplify women’s voices in IT. Speakers include executives and directors from Facebook, Microsoft, Oracle, and more.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: We have the most endearing, diverse, international culture you’ll ever find. We operate in more than 30 locations, and our employees come from more than 50 different countries with a wide spectrum of backgrounds, but once an Avenue Coder, immediately we are all #oneavenuecode
