Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Videotel Digital has been in business for over 40 years. We manufacture reliable and affordable industrial grade digital signage media players, interactive solutions that trigger content with a variety of sensors, we offer looping DVD players and we offer an array of directional sound speakers. Our company is a leader in the digital signage space. We are know for the reliability of our products and our exceptional customer support.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We are so excited that the FAT straws restaurant chain chose us over and above all the other digital signage companies out there. They chose our VP90 digital signage player to display their menu boards within their all desert shops. We gave them the opportunity to easily update their menu boards remotely so they could feature new options and announce special offers within a matter of minutes. They chose our VP90 players because they are extremely reliable and cost effective! FatStraws even went to say that our digital signage player has been game-changer for them. They are now able to provide seasonal product launches and short-term promotions that they couldn’t have previously. We gave them the flexibility to help them drive revenue, while helping to eliminate administrative time and remove the cost of manually having to update physical menus at each location. We just love our happy customers!

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: We offer a variety of digital signage players! If you have one screen or hundreds of screens, we have a solution to exceed your requirements. Our players can both be managed locally on the player or you may choose to control them remotely from anywhere. We make it very easy for someone to update and change content.
We also offer various interactive solutions with different types of sensors to trigger content. For example if you wish to create an interactive display you can do so by using our LED push buttons, IR touchless buttons, proximity sensors weight sensors (lift and learn), sensors that detect human distance from a display, scanning sensors as well as using RFID sensors with RFID tags. There are so many ways to create an interactive display!
We also offer the most unique directional sound speakers that are very different from traditional speakers. Essentially it is extremely focused audio technology means sound where you want it. Ideal for any area where you need to mitigate sound bleed that:
- Create tight audio zones
- Isolates sound to a specific region or person
- Diminishes sound bleed and noise pollution
- Communicate audio over longer distances while maintaining intelligibility
- Effective in high ambient noise environments
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Our mission is to continue to stay competitive in the market space by staying ahead of new technologies. In the coming months we will be announcing two new digital signage players that will bring more capabilities to our customers. We also will be adding to our line up of directional sound speakers. Additionally, we are soon to announce new services that we will provide. I will also be personally speaking at the DSE show in Las Vegas on November 17th at the Las Vegas Convention center with 3 of our customers and board members. The topic will be trending technologies in the attraction sector. There is so much more but right now its a secret. Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

You do not have to have an IT degree to create digital signage with our hardware and software. Our company offers free digital signage cloud software. Unlike many other competitors we actually include the software without charging monthly fees, license fees or renewal fees. Its just all included!
