Below is our recent interview with Ege Borluoglu, Marketing Manager at Bittele Electronics Inc.:

Q: Can you tell us something more about Bittele Electronics Inc.?

A: Bittele Electronics Inc. is a Canada-based PCB assembly manufacturer. Our focus is board-level turn-key PCB assembly for prototype to mid-volume production runs. With assembly houses in Markham, Ontario, Canada, and Shenzhen, China, we are able to meet turn-key PCB assembly needs worldwide.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: We announced recently that our online ordering system is now capable of suggesting alternate part numbers for out-of-stock components. This new capability assists clients in avoiding order completion delays due to the global component shortage. Bittele’s enhancement of its online ordering system can minimize these delays.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: Our services include PCB manufacturing, electronic component sourcing, printed circuit board assembly, chip programming, and final testing. In addition, we provide value-add services such as first article sampling, a free passive components library, and Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) engineering checks, which ensure all details of PCB design files are accurate prior to the commencement of full-scale manufacturing.

Q: What can we expect from your company in next 5 years? What are your plans?

A: Over the next 5 years we will strive to maintain stable year-over-year growth while working to improve our company’s foundation and increase our market share. We will also consider adding more services such as PCB design in order to further improve our Design-For-Manufacturing process and reduce turn time. We plan to further expand our PCB assembly facility in Canada to increase production and provide services such as PCB cleaning, conformal coating, and final assembly on site.

A: In 2020 we began offering a Quick-Turn PCB Assembly service through our Canadian assembly facility. Our clients are offered multiple price breaks based on the turn time they require. We also have a library of passive components available to our clients free-of-charge. This stock provides our clients with cost relief on their Bill-Of-Materials price and reduces the threat of delays due to stock issues.
