Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Lyn Health is a pioneering healthcare start-up focused on people with multiple chronic conditions. We deliver clinical, advocacy and care coordination services via a single point of contact, 24/7. We leverage virtual capabilities and in-person resources to improve quality of care and lower cost for the polychronic population. Lyn is customized, holistic care designed with love, empathy and compassion.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We came out of stealth last week as we get ready for our launch early next year. We believe we are addressing the largest issue in healthcare. Currently, more than 34 million Americans meet the clinical definition of polychronic, growing to an estimated 83 million Americans by 2030. The misalignment between all stakeholders of the healthcare ecosystem—employers, health plans, providers, pharmaceutical companies—causes a unique burden on this vulnerable population, ultimately raising costs, decreasing quality, and diminishing the member experience. Lyn is poised to solve this problem.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Lyn’s unique business model fits seamlessly into the ecosystem of health plans, employers and providers. We collaborate with other solutions and augment the existing capabilities of the healthcare system. Our Care Circle—a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, clinicians and social workers—takes an individualized approach for each member. Lyn can provide immediate relief—we offer:
· virtual primary and urgent care
· advocacy, navigation and care coordination
· medication management
· behavioral health care
· administrative support
· social and community support
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: There are several exciting things on the horizon in the next 6 months! Our pilot program will be complete, and we will launch early next year with our first customers. We also plan to announce our Board of Advisors, a who’s-who of leadership in the healthcare industry. Our Series A funding will also begin early next year. Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
