A: Dokmee ECM is a fully web based solution, with mobile application. The user friendliness is what strikes people at first. Using our API, we can easily integrate our
Solution with other products like ERP, CRM and more. Dokmee ECM adapts to any business model to automate business processes such as invoice approval.
Dokmee Capture, can work as a standalone fully automated product to extract data, index documents automatically, and send them into any ECM/DMS.
It will also highly compress the PDF’s and run full text OCR. Capture is also great for large scanning production environment, where it works like a production line.
The Network version allows production to work on batches on multiple stations.
Q: Who is your ideal user and why?
A: Medium size companies from 50 to 3000 employees, because they are a perfect match in terms of what our solutions helps them with.
