A: We’re excited to announce TieTalent’s expansion into the French market, which was officially unveiled at VivaTech 2023 in Paris. TieTalent was born in Switzerland in 2017, and we’ve successfully broadened our horizons to include the German market in 2020. Our primary aim with this recent launch is to extend our innovative ecosystem, dedicated to IT and digital marketing professionals, to the French market.

A: Our offering, Sourcer, is an AI-driven software-as-a-service platform that features personalized talent matching and comprehensive tools to optimize tech hiring. The platform has been designed to address the needs of tech professionals, providing tailored job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and personal aspirations. We aim to create a dynamic ecosystem that empowers both our clients and candidates, simplifying the recruitment process and facilitating the best fit.

Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: Over the next six months, we plan to solidify our presence in the French market and continue to provide top-tier tech talent to our clients. We’ll also focus on expanding our network of tech professionals and improving our AI-powered platform to provide an even more personalized and effective service.
