Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to ZE?
A: ZE is the developer of the award-winning ZEMA™, a sophisticated enterprise data management and analysis platform built to meet the specific challenges of corporate functions, including settlement operations, consolidation of data and data feeds, billing, trade and risk.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your ZEMA software?

Q: You’ve recently announced ZE Deploys Cloud Infrastructure to Mobilize Client Data and Analytics; could you tell us something more?
A: ZE is offering a full featured deployment of ZEMA that is fully hosted and managed under ZE’s state-of-the-art cloud built on advanced IBM FlashSystem® storage technology. Clients have full access to all ZEMA products and functionality, integration points, push based adaptors and ZEMA database, without the overhead of infrastructure and internal support staff. We recognized the need for our clients’ ever increasing demand for faster and more reliable access to secured data and have deployed a cloud infrastructure that is robust and fast, speeding availability within massive client databases by over 98 percent.
The upgraded ZE Cloud infrastructure and IBM partnership allows us to confidently offer leading availability, reliability, performance and business continuity to all ZE Cloud clients.
Q: What makes ZE a good choice?
A: Industry experience. Most importantly your data remains YOUR DATA. The end goal of any enterprise data warehouse is to create actionable market insight, and feed decision making tools and we have proven solutions to help organizations of any size. Recently, Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) vendors have emerged and businesses are discovering that these do not actually cover their needs. Given that businesses use large amounts of resources to collect this data, by some estimates up to 80% of effort is on simply the collection, cleaning and maintenance of data, the ability to simply connect to a 3rd party data warehouse does not fit the requirements of most enterprises.

Q: What are your plans for next six months?
A: At ZE, we are continually striving to innovate and make our ZEMA the best it can be. One key plan we announced in our ZEMA User Forum in Spring 2017 is forming a Client Advisory Board to enhance communications with clients. Businesses require their processes to be streamlined an efficient to make the best informed decisions as quickly as possible. Clients have entrusted us with their most valuable asset – their data to make their split-second, mission critical decisions. We in turn want clients provide their input into our product development to form a balanced roadmap. Their feedback will drive the type of innovation they need to be maintain an edge in this ever competitive environment.
Another key plan is to focus on Business Intelligence integration. We have recently announced new integration capabilities with Tableau and Spotfire. ZEMA data will power these two major Business Intelligence Tools for visually stunning and insightful analytics. In addition, we’ve also added enhanced functionality through Inline R that also adds new sophistication to our analytical capabilities.
