Q: You’ve recently announced the first integrated 3D design and manufacturing automation software for one-off, small batch and on-demand manufacturing; could you tell us something more?
A: Using a portfolio of patented technologies, vPersonalize Inc delivers the only design to manufacturing automation solutions that makes small batch and custom manufacturing viable at regular price points. The cloud-based platform provides the ability to quickly choose from a catalog of pre-made products or digitize one’s own custom products and then design, proof or co-create and have them automatically converted into size-graded, ready-for-production patterns. Designs can be transferred automatically across entire product lines, generating multiple SKUs across different styles, materials, and sizes instantly.

Q: How are you different from your competition?
A: Based on years of research and understanding the pain points of manufacturing, our patented real 3D designer and manufacturing automation software helps designers easily visualize products in real 3D, as they will be manufactured. We are also the only product designer that gets you production ready patterns, to create exactly what was visualized. In short, our product is user friendly and has unique and patented features that doesn’t exist elsewhere.
Q: What products and services do you offer to your clients?
A: We are first and foremost a software company. However beyond our software, we understand manufacturing and our clients’ needs in building out a more efficient process.
