Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Trinamix is a global solution provider specializing in Oracle Applications with a focus on Oracle Supply Chain Management, Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and Industry 4.0 (Internet of Things, Blockchain, and AI/ML).
Trinamix offerings include implementation services, design thinking, strategic planning, change management, business process transformation, industry-specific solutions, managed services, and RPA based implementations.
We are headquartered in the US with local offices in Canada, Australia, Japan, UK, and India.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Trinamix has recently entered EMEA as a new business territory.
As a part of our expansion strategy, we have entered into a strategic partnership with Flo Group. This partnership provides end-to-end Oracle SCM capabilities for our clients across Europe. This partnership combines Flo’s and Trinamix’s experience in Oracle Supply Chain Solutions and will offer Oracle Cloud services, particularly where there is a focus on Supply Chain and Logistics transformation projects.
Through this partnership, both companies will be able to enhance strategic positioning in the EMEA market and deliver an end-to-end offering to a joint customer base that requires Supply Chain and Logistics solutions.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Trinamix has been an Oracle partner since its inception in 2009. Our service offerings include:
Business Process Transformation: We help customers in business process transformation and participate in innovation strategy, design, deployment, and governance and thereby ensuring growth and success.
Implementation Services: Our team of proficient supply chain technologists driving by our diverse knowledge of industry-wide best practices, work with customers to strike the most logical balance between agile and lean practices for digital transformation.
AMS & Training Services: 24/7 Monitoring, analysis of root causes, performance tuning & recovery of disasters. Our IT Service Desk supports incidents and service requests. Trinamix Academy (our Learning Management System) provides an environment of continual training to our customers.
Strategic Advisory: Engage with customers to provide Advisory services regarding their Process Improvements, Product Selection and Change Management within the organization for transformative journey in supply chain technology.

Recommended: Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Geographic Expansion: We continue to grow in North America (US & Canada) and that will remain major geography where adoption of Oracle Cloud accelerates, however, with Oracle growing in Europe, we are also expecting this to be a growth area.
Industry Expansion: We plan to build industry-wise expertise and our solutions listed above are also catering to specific industries. We expect growth from High Tech (including Telecom & Semiconductor), Life Sciences/Biotechnology, Industrial Manufacturing, and CPG industries. We are developing a dedicated practice across these verticals.
Technology: Over the years, Trinamix has been niche and focused on Oracle SCM Cloud, but in the recent past we have been building expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud and we are gaining more and more customers for implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud along with Oracle SCM Cloud.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: Shifting to Cloud technologies: Trinamix was among the first few companies who led customer transformations to Oracle Cloud when the Cloud technology was new in 2016.
Customer Focus: Our customers come first for us and our customers vouch for us! Our customers have never left us and this is one of the aspects that makes us feel proud about the company.
Culture: At Trinamix, we have been perceived as nimble and that has worked as our strength. Despite being a 350+ employee organization, we have a flat organization structure.
