Below is our recent interview with Chris Keller, VP of Strategic Partnerships at Travcoding:
Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Travcoding is a dynamic travel technology hybrid, offering both customized and turnkey web and mobile solutions for multiple segments in the travel arena.
Our core services focus on the design and implementation of search and booking platforms, as well as all associated support systems. So you can rely on us not just for an amazing booking system, but we complete the circle by including a full service back office, of course giving control and reporting, but also linked to analytics to help direct marketing, a payment platform where we can be the merchant to save financial challenges, as well as our own U.S. based call center for passenger support. As we focus on the complete booking and fulfillment process, we feel we’re truly offering a one stop shop.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Yes, we’re excited to have just launched during the past few weeks and are already seeing new partners knocking on the door.
We’re appealing to a variety of segments which is rewarding to see, so everyone from agents and Operators, to membership based travel clubs, employee benefit providers – basically a full range of potential partners.
We have the added advantage that we are part of the RSI Vacations Group, that has successfully changed the face of the vacation ownership space for the past 20+ years, so have strong backing and a fully supported road map to take both ours and our clients’ business to the next level.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: We have three main pillars of business all designed at bringing our partners to the market quickly and efficiently. It’s great to be in a place where we can give the tools to drive faster revenues.
Our white label booking platform is a key feature and offers a ready-made solution that could help launch a business within days. It offers 50 customizable features, has all of the back office and payment support systems mentioned above, plus includes a full product portfolio, drawn from 30+ API feeds already developed with both global and regional suppliers.
The supply chain is also a stand alone service, as Operators, OTA’s and agents can easily link and access our supplier base, to both expand their current offering, or add that all important niche product.
And then let’s not forget how we can help design, build and customize a complete trading platform. We focused on building an incredible team of software designers, engineers and developers who support us day to day, but also deliver on both short and long terms projects. It could be a simple upgrade or complete design and implementation project, but we’re ready.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: One word – growth. Not just in our client base and partnerships which are obviously key, but in constantly breaking the mold to bring new and innovative features. Enhancing our packaging, diversifying our product base, adding functionality to suit multiple segments and then not forgetting the basics, such as opening multi-language and currency services as we break into new markets. We truly want to be a partner for all.
You’ll also see the brand starting to take flight, as we attend primary tradeshows and events over the coming months.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: Obviously we’re biased so have many things to brag about, but our flexibility and open minded approach make us winners. The brand may be new, but there is a lot of travel industry experience and knowledge driving the company. Collectively we’ve worked in the business for many years and have learned from both the good and the bad, so know what works and also what’s missing. We’re not afraid to learn, adapt and deliver!
