Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Expert Marketing Advisors?

A: Our inspiration in starting Expert Marketing Advisors was the observation that, despite a lot of innovation happening in technology, it seemed few companies were able to capitalize on marketing innovations to achieve measurable business outcomes. Through my network, I was approached frequently for marketing support because companies had few good avenues to select the right marketing professionals at the right budget.

After years of working in startups, high growth ventures and established enterprises, the timing was opportune to provide the tailored marketing services that best fit what companies today are looking for and need.

What I saw were companies in their initial growth phase needing to scale quickly with the right-sized resources while established enterprises needed to accelerate their growth. But often, they were approached by large agencies that expected inflated hourly rates resulting from staff and real-estate overhead, or independent contractors that often specialized in one area which did not offer companies the flexibility to manage their marketing easily.

I saw an opportunity for a smarter, full-service agency that offers the marketing expertise and service that clients need today without the extra overhead costs. Expert Marketing Advisors was founded in 2017 under a model that allows the best industry experts to work alongside companies with the speed, scale and efficiency that businesses need to meet their goals. We have identified and built global alliances with the best-of-breed peers in the industry which provides us with the flexibility to choose partners that suit the needs of our clients. Our a la carte services are priced at $3500, and packages for a more complete team start at $10,500 per month. We also offer hourly support for project based needs. Each package can be customized to meet the clients needs. Q: What are you most excited about in the industry at the moment and what future trends are you expecting to see?

A: Expert Marketing Advisors plays into broader trends that favors gig workers, specialization and nimbleness in marketing contracts. In the future, we anticipate that many of the large, traditional agencies will be less favored due to the hefty retainer contracts they require and the over-sized staffs they employ. Clients today desire flexibility when employing an agency model, seeking the ability to scale and work quickly to meet their needs by using a smaller, select group of highly skilled marketing professionals.

Couple this trend with clients who are increasingly seeking independent views to stand out in the crowded market requires a new approach that Expert Marketing Advisors was founded upon.

Q: What are your core values? How do you stand out in the crowd?

A: Expert Marketing Advisors core value lies in our ability to match the right level of marketing experience and expertise, at the right price point, to firms looking to scale quickly and efficiently. Traditional agencies often have large talent pools but not the expertise or experience to deliver immediate value to clients. Often their cost structure and business models result in high priced offerings. With our approach, the Expert Marketing Team is on a mission to disrupt the traditional agency model. A: Expert Marketing Advisors has been fortunate to work with many iconic and startup brands in the U.S. While the majority of our clients to date have been Silicon Valley based, we want to continually expand our presence with companies globally as we continue to grow. We want to keep the high-touch experience with our clients and work together to help build their global brands.
