Q: What is StoreConnect?
A: StoreConnect is an eCommerce, point of sale and content management system built on Salesforce that allows small to medium-size businesses to consolidate all their marketing, sales and support channels into one system saving time, double work lost information. The program is subscription and usage-based and built on and within Salesforce, the global American cloud-based software company that provides customer relationship management software and applications focused on sales, customer service, marketing automation, analytics, and application development.
They were awarded Salesforce’s 2021 International Partner Innovation Award of the year for the Retail sector and are changing the ease with which small businesses are run ─ with a manageable price tag.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Being profitable in a recession is critical, there is only one way to be profitable – make more money than you spend. To do this you can either increase the money you make, or spend the money you make more wisely. StoreConnect helps eTailers do both by providing a fast, efficient eCommerce solution while also reducing the amount of time spent keeping everything running.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: StoreConnect offers a very powerful multi-store solution, enabling one client to run dozens of separate storefronts with different designs, currencies, products, pricing, content and languages, all on the one StoreConnect / Salesforce license combination. StoreConnect’s eCommerce platform is best for companies who want to grow and scale with a single source of truth powering their online and internal sales teams without the headache of maintaining multiple systems talking to each other. In addition, StoreConnect’s partnership with Salesforce makes it a natural for companies seeking to leverage the overwhelming importance of the customer experience in retail success and profitability by having all the information in one space so their customer service teams can actually HELP the customer with relevant, accessible and up to date information.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: StoreConnect is rapidly growing, over the past 12 months we have signed on over 40 partner companies to become StoreConnect implementation and specialist partners. Over the next 6 months, we plan to reach 75 partners globally with more than 100 StoreConnect certified consultants and continue to sign up clients onto StoreConnect saving them time and money.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: StoreConnect is all about Time. Well Spent. Our mission is to deliver an eCommerce 3.0 system to Small to Medium Businesses in both the for profit and not for profit sectors enabling them to put their attention on things that grow their operation instead of spending wasted time getting computers to talk to computers.
