Reply.io is a sales acceleration platform for SMB teams, which allows its customers to automatically send personalized emails and follow-ups at scale. Below is our recent intervew with Oleg Сampbell from Reply.io.
Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Reply?
A: It costs between $25,000 – $50,000 a year to hire an SDR to set appointments through emails. It takes about 5 hours per day for an SDR to manually send highly tailored emails to a full sales pipeline of 300 – 500 leads.

Q: Can you give us insights into your features?
A: Reply offers an unmatched combination of a clean and intuitive interface, ease of use, pricing, all the required sales acceleration features, and a fantastic Support team.
Reply’s core functionality is automated drip campaigns – our users are able to create email sequences, personalizing them using variables or ready to use templates that we’ve created. From there, contacts can be added (both manually or via multiple integration options), a delivery schedule is selected and the campaigns can be launched.
Reply takes care of your drip campaigns, delivering emails directly to your recipient’s inbox, so your recipients won’t feel like, ‘Oh, that’s just another spam blast’.
Intelligent Email Sorting is one of Reply’s AI-backed features which analyses responses and accurately sorts them to relevant folders such as, ‘Interested’, ‘Not interested’, ‘Not now’, etc.
The other AI-backed feature is Email Quality Check – this helpful assistant scores emails based on five key parameters: subject length, body length, number of calls to action (questions), reading level, and positivity of text. These parameters directly affect reply rates. This feature instantly provides feedback on the text you’ve created to make sure the email looks perfect before a user hits the ‘Send’ button.
However, the success of any campaign is defined by reaching out to the the right contacts (or niche). Q: What makes an email campaign successful?
A: Targeting and personalization – these are the main factors for every successful email campaign. The more focused you are with targeting a specific niche, the more tailored your message is – appealing to the interests / pain points of a particular contact. This will result in higher open and reply rates.
Modify message content and target specific groups (or even a few people), using state-of-the-art tools to increase user engagement. Try to write freely, using informal communication to get closer to purchasers.

Q: What are your plans for the future?
A: At Reply, we help our clients automate their sales emails and follow-ups. I’m excited to see how AI will continue to change sales, and I plan for Reply to be at the forefront of that change.
