Q: What is Reachdesk?
A: We are B2B direct mail and corporate gifting platform. We help sales, marketing, customer success and HR teams create closer connections with customers and employees.
Q: Aren’t other companies already doing this? What makes Reachdesk unique?
A: Nobody has done it well. We are the first global supplier that has enabled companies to use the direct mail and gifting at scale in a personalized way.

Q: Who would be your ideal user and why?
A: We support end users such as Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers and Sales reps as well as acquisition and customer marketing teams. Recently HR teams have started using Reachdesk to send swag and gifts to employees too.
Q: What’s the best thing about Reachdesk that people might not know about?
A: We provide more than a platform and fulfilment service. If you want to work with a creative partner that brings ideas to the table, we’re the right choice for you. If you want bland marketing ideas we might not be a good fit. If you want to spice things up, we will welcome you with open arms.
Q: What can we expect from you in next 12 months?
A: A movement. We want to define a category and lead the offline revolution.
