Q: For those who have never heard of it, how would you describe Popmenu?

A: Popmenu is a digital-first restaurant website solution that enables restaurants to control and improve engagement of patrons with their restaurants. We offer a full suite of marketing tools for restaurants in one simple and easy-to-use platform.

Q: Popmenu helps brands turn their menu into a customer conversion engine, what is your core competence?

A: Popmenu’s one-of-a-kind, dynamic menu technology gives restaurants a way to control the relationship with their guests online. On a Popmenu website and menu, diners have everything they need to make a dining decision. There’s no need to go to a third-party website for validation or reviews.

Q: Who are your clients and what are some of the key challenges you’re helping them solve?

A: Our clients range from single-location independent restaurants to multi-concept hospitality groups. We help them strengthen their presence on the internet, reduce marketing costs, and streamline tasks like website and menu updates, email communications, SMS marketing and online ordering inside one platform.

Q: You’ve recently raised $17,000,000 in Series B funding; can you tell us something more?

A: We’re thrilled to have raised this next round of funding, it’ll give us the ability to grow our team, expand into new territories, and of course—keep building more solutions into the Popmenu platform.

Q: What is next on the roadmap for Popmenu?

A: We strive to put the voice of our customers at the forefront of everything we do, so when it comes to deciding what’s next on the roadmap, we keep our ears to the ground for feedback around things like order injection, POS integrations, reservations, gift cards, etc.. We’ll be launching new and exciting product developments very soon.
