Q: What can we expect from Performio in the next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: In a month, we’ll be launching the most advanced reporting module in our entire category. Reporting has always been challenging in our space because every customer has unique data and comp plans – so standard out-of-the-box reports don’t cut it. We have solved that problem by embedding a robust Business Intelligence tool right into our product. Our customers can simply enter what metrics they want to see and the reports will be automatically generated. They’ll be able to drill down into reports at the click of the mouse to see the underlying data. Great reporting is something every incentive comp professional wants, so this is going to put a big smile on the face of our customers.

Q: What is the best thing about Performio that people might not know about?

A: Our exceedingly high success rate in getting customers live on our product and providing the value they paid for.
