Partner-ready tool automates CSM for Cisco CX tooling requirements and provides quick Time to First Value

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: The Netformx mission is to help Cisco partners and multi-vendor IT solution providers deliver solutions faster and more efficiently while improving profitability and customer success throughout the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to renewal.
Netformx cloud-based applications simplify how Cisco partners and IT solution providers can increase profitability by taking advantage of rebates, rewards, discounts, and promotions. These include widely used Cisco programs such as Customer Experience, Lifecycle Incentives, VIP rebates, and CSPP/SPP.
Netformx has close integration with Cisco, as well as deep expertise on Cisco’s complex programs. Our applications combine insightful analysis and automation with complete customer and deal data gathered from Distributors and numerous Cisco platforms. This enables us to deliver the right data to the right people at the right time. As a result, partners maximize profits by optimizing use of Cisco programs. Business outcomes are further enhanced with timely insights to manage customer success and renewals.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Netformx SuccessXpert™ is a major innovation for Netformx. As we shared in the press release, It enables Cisco partners to quickly comply with the Cisco Advanced Customer Experience (CX) Specialization audit’s very specific tooling requirements. SuccessXpert is unlike generic Customer Success Management (CSM) solutions on the market which require substantial customization, professional services work, and manual data entry to pass the audit. That takes many months. And then they need to continue manual uploading of Cisco data throughout the lifecycle.
Our differentiator is a pre-built CSM solution that is Cisco partner-ready. It incorporates our deep knowledge of Cisco’s program requirements and the comprehensive data we automatically capture from Cisco. Because of this unique combination, SuccessXpert “out of the box” enables Cisco partners to rapidly complete the CX tooling audit. SuccessXpert also makes it possible for smaller, regional Cisco partners without extensive IT teams to achieve Cisco’s Advanced CX Specialization status.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: SuccessXpert brings rapid Time to First Value (TTFV) by satisfying the Cisco audit requirements out of the box. However, since the required data is gathered automatically, not manually, it also simplifies management of customer success programs on an ongoing basis. Not only is consumption data more accurate, but it is easy to stay on top of health scores and needed interactions so they can be addressed daily. As a result, SuccessXpert helps our customers provide an excellent experience for their end customers. It also delivers the insights they need to manage complex Cisco reward programs such as Lifecycle Incentive (LCI), to ensure their rewards are earned and paid.
SuccessXpert is a new member of our suite of applications. Our full suite of applications, or our tech stack, provides automation and insights across the customer lifecycle. They simplify the complexity of providing end-customers with future-ready IT solutions and increase profitability for Cisco partners and solution providers by leveraging rewards and rebates. Netformx users deliver a better customer experience from pre-sales to renewal because our applications apply logic to up-to-date consolidated—and digestible—distributor and vendor data. This ensures our customers deliver value to the end customer throughout their digital transformation journey.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Netformx looks at the world from a Cisco Partner perspective and will continue to leverage our unique wisdom that has been cultivated over the years, to simplify processes for partners to capture more rewards and rebates. We will continue investing in the customer success lifecycle and have plans to expand some key capabilities in SuccessXpert and our other Cisco Partner tools as part of our roadmap.

A: Our nimbleness at which we identify market trends and evolve our applications to quickly adapt to partners changing needs and Cisco program adjustments is key to our success.
