Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: Moxo controls the chaos of managing client business. Our platform streamlines external projects with digital interaction workflows — from account acquisition, to onboarding, and servicing. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and partners to achieve joint deliverables, track milestones, exchange documents, gather approvals, and more.

Our team has a rich history of pioneering in the engagement space: Moxo’s co-founder and CEO, Subrah Iyar, was the co-founder and CEO of Webex, and Moxo’s co-founder and CTO, Stanley Huang, held senior engineering management positions at Cisco Systems and WebEx.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: Moxo is proud to be named a finalist for the category of “Workflow Tech of the Future” at the 2023 Banking Tech Awards by FinTech Futures. The Banking Technology Awards recognizes excellence and innovation in the use of IT in financial services worldwide, and the people who make it happen.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: Moxo’s digital interaction workspaces support the entire business lifecycle — from onboarding to account servicing — and significantly improves the efficiency, privacy, and experience of completing transactions.

Moxo’s platform has been built over several years in partnership with some of the world’s leading financial institutions including Standard Chartered, Citibank, MUFG, Van Lanschot, and Raiffeisen Bank International. The solution drives operational efficiency for traditionally manual & expensive processes across the client lifecycle. By leveraging Moxo’s digital interaction workspaces, businessses can provide customers with a secure, convenient experience across all digital touch-points — while managing their distributed organization.

Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: Moxo has some exciting developments planned to release over the next 6 months or so. We recently introduced Moxo Forms, our no-code drag and drop form builder. With Forms, businesses now have an easy-to-use solution for creating custom forms without needing any coding skills — this new development will bring tremendous value to businesses that are looking for a seamless yet powerful solution for collecting information.

We’re continuing to expand our platform offerings with additional integrations to frequently used business apps that will help businesses meet their customers’ needs more effectively, further streamline customer interaction workflows, and accelerate client business with digital workflows. All of these efforts are designed to provide customers with an even smoother, more secure digital experience. We’re excited about what we have in store to help organizations manage their client business more efficiently.
