Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Starting January 1, 2022, the Harmonized System is updating hundreds of its HS codes. HS codes are the universal basis for identifying products shipped across borders and are used to determine the applicable duty and tax rates. They are an important part of getting shipments through customs quickly and easily.
The Harmonized System is being updated with hundreds of new HS codes. Throughout 2022, countries will publish their corresponding country-specific HS code additions and changes. Importers are liable for shipments with incorrect HS codes, but with no standardized timeline of when each country will update their codes, staying compliant is difficult.
Zonos announced new and expanded Classify features to help businesses harmonize or re-harmonize their product catalogs in response to looming Harmonized System code changes at customs.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Zonos Classify has expanded to include a one-off HS code lookup tool and bulk upload feature for on-demand classification. The ability to search and review a fully cataloged history of HS code classification requests in Zonos Dashboard will also be coming in 2022
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: As more businesses seek increased control and transparency in their international sales, Zonos will continue to be the leading technology provider for enabling cross-border commerce. We are growing fast and have some exciting announcements coming soon.
