We are keen to find more about Redslim, playing at the intersecting fields of data and technology. Below is our recent interview with Marta Battiston, Account Director at Redslim:
Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Redslim provides data harmonization and integration services, and our core focus is market data for CPG organizations.
In tracking consumers’ omnichannel purchase behaviors, market measurement has become a fragmented task. There are dozens of agencies monitoring either pharma, RMS, beauty channels, e-commerce… Redslim is that player in the market that provides a flexible and scalable data integration approach.
We take in client feedback to evolve our company’s strategy and focus. Our four partners started this journey in 2013, and we are fourty-four Redslimers today. A mix of traditional industry knowledge and technology gurus to support ambitions around data lakes and data management on the cloud.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Our offer and service proposition covers end-to-end data management needs. Our clients’ see us as an extension of their own analytics and BI teams.
Redslim LIVE is an end-to-end data management service that allows users to access their data from various sources from one single place. We resolve the need for data access with Redslim SPRINT, a customizable front-end with a reputation of ease of use yet powerful analytical capabilities. With Redslim LINK we send feeds to clients’ Data Lakes, removing challenges around data structures, data formats and data content alignment.
We collaborate closely with Microsoft: our own factory is Azure-based and we can develop directly in PowerBI – a key tool for reporting these days.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We recently signed a partnership with NielsenIQ. It’s an exciting one that leverages technology to streamline data ingestion processes from NielsenIQ, opening up for faster and more granular data refreshes and simplifying admin work around data access.
Redslim and NielsenIQ have a strong common client base that will benefit from this engagement as RMS remains a strong focus area for market measurement.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Closure of 2021 activities, including establishing the new processes behind the announcement above, and getting in shape for 2022 client’s priorities.
Finalizing the Strategic Business Plan for 2024, one that includes technology transformation, and the design of game-changing features to our factory and front-end.
Finally, and most importantly one could say, we’re getting ready for our first team off-site after 18 months! We’ll be in Venice to meet face to face again and work on the above altogether.
