Q:Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Blix is a smart food maker platform which eliminates prep and cleanup, giving users the gift of time so they can spend their efforts on things that matter to them. As our mission says “We blend real food with true convenience so that you can live life at its best”.
At Blix we believe that you don’t have to compromise between eating healthy, delicious food made from wholesome, all-natural ingredients and your time. Our intelligent blending platform with pre-portioned pouches blends a fresh smoothie, sauce, spread and much more in minutes, with no planning, no prepping and zero cleaning.
In order to achieve this breakthrough technology, we build a great team of talented product engineers, and to top it off partnered with the world renowned product designer, Karim Rashid to design the product.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We decided to partner with Reef Kitchens as they are the perfect fit for us in terms of using technology for growth and rapid expansion in the US and globally. This partnership will eventually allow us to introduce our high quality product to users all over.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: This is the first time that users can experience Blix without purchasing a machine. Until now, if a user wanted to experience Blix they had to buy our entire system (machine and pouches). Now they can get our final product prepared in the Reef kitchens and conveniently delivered to wherever they are. We believe that the introduction of the Blix quality to consumers will create a desire to have a Blix machine in their home to experience the full range of products we offer (smoothies, sauces, overnight oats, spreads and much more).
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Our strategy from day one was to grow through strategic partnerships on our platform. This is what you can expect to hear more of in the near future. Blix is a technology platform for both our own brand and others, which will allow consumers to get their favorite products and brands in the freshest and most convenient way.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: We have an amazing dedicated, fun creative team of people who are constantly thinking outside the box, no idea is too crazy to bring up in our meetings. This forward thinking and open mindness is how we have already identified 50 food categories.
