Personify Enterprises (“PE”) is a Marketing Consulting company that offers creative business and marketing solutions for start-ups and small businesses. Below is our recent interview with Juanita Johnson, CEO of Personify Enterprises:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Personify Enterprises?

A: We recently completed a company restructure from a full-service digital marketing agency to our new focus in the consulting space. In order to keep growing, at times it is necessary to scale back in order to move forward. We decided to shift directions to allow Personify Enterprises to keep growing in new and exciting directions.

Q: Can you give us insights into your services?

A: We offer microconsulting or ‘on demand’ consulting services in the Marketing specialty, which includes; branding, integrated marketing, reputation management, SEO, social media and strategy. As a former digital marketing agency, we covered all areas of online marketing from social media management, digital advertising, graphic design and website design, so we are very diverse and experienced in setting our clients up from conception to production. With our background, our new area of focus allows us to bring this knowledge to guide clients in a more integrated way.

Q: Why is it so important for all small businesses to have a strong and dynamic web presence these days?

A: It is very critical to have both a strong online and offline presence, which is why we incorporate integrated marketing into our strategy. In order to be successful, there should be a cohesiveness across several platforms and mediums; offline and online. Digital marketing is very important, but we believe that also having connections with your audience and developing strong business relationships are the cornerstones of any type of advertising. This means creating a presence in your communities, developing partnerships, and joining professional networks to support your digital efforts are key.

Q: Who are your clients and what are some of the key challenges you’re helping them solve?

A: Our clients are those who are considering entrepreneurship, have recently started a new business, those who run a small business and are looking for ways to grow. We are contacted by people who want to find out how to start a new business, which can include anything from establishing a company name, developing new products or services to company structure, targeting, branding, digital marketing, and more. We get a significant amount of requests for our integrated marketing strategy, for those that operate offline and want to move into online marketing or the reverse. The largest ‘pain point’ we help our clients with are developing their own unique identity. There is no ‘one size fit-all approach’, and it is very rewarding to be in partnership with our clients on their journey at the beginning and watch them grow through various stages.

Q: What are the company’s plans and goals for the future?

A: Great question!

I have always thrived on taking risks and trying new things. With a very diverse background, I have had the unique opportunity to work in several industries and incorporate a variety of passions and interests. As the founder of Personify Enterprises, I encourage this same mindset to constantly evolve and not be afraid to ‘move the needle’. The goal is to continue to provide best in class service, exceptional support and practical solutions for our clients.
