Below is our recent interview with Jeffrey Fleischman, CMO & Digital Growth Partner at Altimetrik:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: Altimetrik is a digital business enablement company. We deliver bite-size outcomes as organizations scale digitalization to accelerate revenue growth without disrupting current business operations. Utilizing an end-to-end approach, our practitioners and agile engineering teams create solutions that drive transformation and achieve business goals. In addition, our digital point solutions and products provide clients with the tools to fuel business growth and profitability. With offices across the globe and over 4,200 energized practitioners, Altimetrik partners with Fortune 500 and mid-size companies alike to enhance their agility, empowerment, and success.

Our management team brings together a diverse group of executives with decades of digital business and innovation experience. Our focus on client solutions and employee development has been the foundation for creating new products and services to meet client demand in a rapidly evolving market. The pandemic has become the tipping point for digitalization across all industries, highlighting the need for digital business adoption.

Our emphasis on digital business, data, innovation, product and platform engineering are a perfect match for the strong global demand by companies of all sizes across all industries. By creating value through data solutions built in an iterative process, we help companies gain significant business value and optimize its resources through new insights. We’re seeing success through our incremental and iterative approach as opposed to a boil-the-ocean approach that we’ve seen other companies take. The latter tends to fall short of expectations, costing organizations in terms of time, resources, and utilizing advances in technology that could help them more effectively compete in their market.

The company expanded its global footprint, opening eight new offices and development centers as part of a global expansion to meet the growing demand for digital business enablement and broaden our sources for top tech talent. The company also recently announced an Employee Stock Option Plan designed to incent a long-term focus on clients and enable all employees to share in the company’s success.

In a year that upended business models and industries, the need for digitalization to seize new opportunities has never been more vital. Our approach simplifies operations and workflows, promotes experimentation and collaboration, and creates a single source of truth when developing products, which allows clients to make better decisions and mature their digital business capabilities. Those efforts have paid off, not only in our own growth, but in the transformation of our clients, who now have more efficient operations and newfound agility.

Altimetrik was also honored often. The company was a 2020 CIO 100 Winner, recognized for its achievements in technology innovation. Altimetrik’s Executive Chairman, Raj Vattikuti, earned Entrepreneur of the Year honors at the national level and locally for the Michigan and Northwest Ohio region from Ernst & Young. Altimetrik has earned Certified Great Place to Work designations in India, the U.S. and Uruguay. Recently the company earned an Economic Times Best Workplaces for Women, Crain’s Detroit Fast 50, and several Stevie Awards in the categories: Achievement in Management, COVID-19 response, Corporate Communications, and Minority Owned Business of the Year.
