Q: Cliff, could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: We started off in the digital publishing industry, delivering digital replicas for magazines, newspapers, and publishers. Through many successful years working with document formats of all types, we became familiar with the need to extract content from files that were not machine-readable. This led us to enter the accessibility industry, becoming versed on the requirements for WCAG compliance and other accessibility guidelines, and what this really meant for people with disabilities. We decided to dedicate our technology towards a higher purpose, and through this InclusiveDocs was born.

Q: What are the main advantages of your software?
A: There are quite a few. Our approach is to offer multiple forms of accessible documents to cater to each client’s unique needs. Our software transforms digital versions of documents into accessible formats, including EPUBs and HTML, with added features like text-to-speech. Our software uses AI capabilities to create a steady flow of fresh content unique to the layout styles of each client. End users can then access their content from any device connected to the internet, or read offline on fully accessible EPUBs.
Q: Who can benefit most from your service and why?
A: We’ve worked predominantly with publishers and government entities, but our solution is applicable to any organization that publishes digital content and wants to make it accessible to all members of their audience.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months?
A: We are continuously advancing our software to cater to the growing demands for digital accessibility and to create the best user experience possible. We’re excited to soon announce our fully accessible PDF, and the launch of our newly designed client portal. Stay tuned!
