Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: The Iguazio MLOps platform enables enterprises to automate their ML pipeline, drastically shortening the time required to create real business value with AI. Enterprises that use Iguazio accelerate deployment of AI to production by 12x. They also enable the continuous rollout and management of new AI services, even at scale and in real time. Iguazio can be deployed anywhere (multi-cloud, on-prem or hybrid).
We work with enterprises across verticals – financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, smart mobility, telecoms and ad-tech. Our customers use Iguazio to solve the complexities of MLOps and create business impact through a multitude of use cases such as fraud prevention, predictive maintenance and real-time recommendation engines.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: The nice thing about being on the Marketplace is that AWS customers can now easily gain access to Iguazio directly from their account, in just a few clicks. Iguazio’s MLOps solution integrates with a range of AWS products and services including Amazon SageMaker, so enterprises can quickly add Iguazio to their existing workflow to speed up the AI process, scale and manage their models in production or enable real-time use cases.
Enterprises like the Hydroinformatics Institute in Singapore (H2i) use Iguazio on AWS. H2i for example, have built and run a real-time ML pipeline that predicts rainfall by analyzing videos of cloud formations and running CCTV-based rainfall measurements. They analyze terabytes of video footage in real time, running complex deep learning models in production. Repurposing CCTV-acquired video footage into rainfall intensity can be used to generate spatially distributed rainfall forecasts, leading to better management of urban flooding risks in densely populated Singapore.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Iguazio accelerates deployment of AI to production for the enterprise. We have a strong strategic partnership with AWS and our technology is tightly integrated. Enterprises that use Amazon SageMaker, for example, can continue to develop models there and deploy them quickly and effortlessly to production using Iguazio. For enterprises that deploy AI in hybrid environments, Iguazio also supports model development for AWS Outposts. Iguazio runs as containers on top of Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) and can read and write data to Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3).
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months?
A: We are constantly innovating and evolving the product to meet our customer’s growing demands. For example, we support deep learning and machine learning, ingestion of structured and unstructured data, real-time and batch. We offer and integrated feature store for online feature engineering and a lot of automation throughout the pipeline. We see the industry becoming more advanced and savvy, and expecting more from their MLOps platform. As companies scale their AI initiatives, it is more and more important for their platform to be versatile and support various scenarios and use cases. It is also more and more important for the platform to enable sharing and re-use of components. This makes it easier for teams to collaborate, ensures consistency and speeds up the data science process. Enterprises are looking to empowering expansion of AI initiatives across the organization. As companies scale with AI, it is also important to enable cost-efficient ways to scale, so costs don’t spiral out of control.
Q: What are your plans?
A: To continue growing this amazing company, and continue making our customers, employees, partners and investors proud of what we are building together.

A: For the past few months, we’ve been building our company ESG strategy. We are very concerned about the impact we as a species are having on the environment, climate change and so on. We were determined to do our part to reduce our environmental footprint, and aid our customers in doing the same through the use of our technology.
We are in the process of implementing measures to reduce waste and increase recycling at the company, as well as increase the CSR activities we’ve always taken part in.
But perhaps most interesting is the way Iguazio helps customers reduce their environmental footprint. Using Iguazio, enterprises consume far less resources in their AI process, as they work in a more efficient way. This positively impacts their carbon emissions and reduces waste. Customers are also able to bring to life new innovative solutions based on AI, just like H2i is doing in Singapore. We hope to see more customers tackling the UN’s 17 Global Sustainability Goals with novel AI projects.
