Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Founded in 2014, IDENTOS Inc. is a Canadian-born company now operating globally across Germany, USA, and Canada.
We help clients take leaps forward in digital service integration by helping empower their customers to safely share their personal information with them and their trusted service partners.
In doing so, we design and develop digital identity & access technology to meet modern demands of user-centricity, respect for privacy, and system interoperability. We enable high-trust sectors such as healthcare, finance, and government to quickly connect consumers, partners, and data silos safely for seamless digital experiences, platform enablement, API integrations, and more.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We’re very proud to be recognized by Globe and Mail as part of Canada’s fastest-growing companies. There’s a great deal of pride and hard work invested in getting us to where we are. We owe a lot of this success to our people and to our customers who work with us as trusted partners.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: With a focus on identity and access online, we offer a full spectrum of solutions, services, and products that are implemented and also ISO certified. Our Customer Solutions team brings over 20 years of experience in digital identity and access implementations – while our core products have been implemented in over 50 customer sites to help lift the burden of managing an identity service and a secure identity-backed front-end experience. Our products include a digital front door with secure spine services; digital identity onboarding, digital service enablement, as well as underlying consent and authorization API services.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We plan to be the recognized contender in the US healthcare sector for many community-based hospitals and Health information exchanges (HIE’s) that require our core technologies to modernize their digital offering, onboard new digital health applications while eliminating the risk in a lack of compliance with HIPPA and emerging regulations under HHS in data privacy.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: Many don’t know the inner workings of our culture, arguably our best-kept secret. We enjoy working together as much as sharing our personal stories and creating lasting connections. Every month, we take time out as a team to connect and recognize our top teammates in the organization and to play 2-truths-1-lie to share a laugh or two.
