Below is our recent interview with Girish Muckai, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of HEAL Software Inc.:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: HEAL Software Inc. is the innovator of HEAL, the preventive healing software that powers IT operations teams to fix problems before they happen. HEAL’s artificial intelligence for IT operations (AIOps) solution can provide early warning signals to minimize alert fatigue, reduce repair and response times and eliminate over-deployment of resources.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: The last 12 months have been monumental for HEAL, as we announced our launch to the global market with the HEAL brand of products and established our U.S. headquarters in Santa Clara, Calif. We also received our second round of financial backing from Avataar Venture Partners and established an advisory board to support our continued growth. In addition, we partnered with Nous Infosystems Inc. to make Microsoft Azure Cloud applications more reliable and improve integrations and plugins for IT operations teams. Most recently, we were honored with the TiE50 award for 2021 which recognizes 50 of the top technology and technology-enabled early- to mid-stage companies globally. This award is a great achievement, and we plan to continue the momentum from this year of growth.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: HEAL is the first AI software enabling IT operations teams to find and fix problems before they happen. According to IDC estimates, the worldwide IT operations management (ITOM) software market achieved revenue of $9.5 billion in 2018 and is expected to grow 6.9% year-over-year in the next three years. HEAL is the only preventive healing software in the ITOM space; and therefore, uniquely positioned in the high growth AI-driven IT operations management segment. Unlike AI-driven monitoring tools that send alerts when an incident occurs, HEAL can recognize “signals” that are leading indicators of future incidents to pinpoint factors that can create problems. HEAL uses unsupervised AI to learn how a system works under normal circumstances and creates a dynamic baseline for the entire system and workload behavior; therefore, it can precisely predict and prevent problems. HEAL uses multiple proprietary machine learning (ML) techniques that are developed and patented by HEAL Software Inc. HEAL Software Inc. customers have achieved an average 60% reduction in false-positive alerts, a 60% reduction in developer time spent on solving problems and a 75% decrease in incidents.

Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: We continue to expand globally and expect to not only onboard a number of new customers worldwide, but also grow our partner ecosystem significantly. We also plan to expand our product offerings with additional features and the incorporation of the latest in AI/ML models and algorithms.
