GTC Control Solutions (GTC), formerly known as Gas Turbine Controls, offers to extend the operational life of your ABB, Alstom, Bently Nevada, Emerson, General Electric (GE), Honeywell, Rolls Entronic, Siemens, Triconex, Westinghouse and Woodward control systems through the supply of spares, repairs and services.

Extending our commitment beyond parts, we have a dedicated team who are fully trained in all aspects of testing and repairs to diagnose problems quickly and efficiently 24/7.

If your original system does not have the current features you require, GTC can upgrade your technology to a more recent legacy system for a fraction of the cost of a new system from the OEM.

GTC’s GE and Beyond Product Lines
GTC maintains the world’s largest stock of spares for excitation circuit boards and components used on gas, steam and wind turbines.

Inventory beyond GE includes – ABB’s Procontrol, Turbotrol, Eagatrol, Bailey Net 90, Infi 90 and BBC Decontic, Alstom’s ALSPA P320, Controcad, Controbloc and TGC, Bently Nevada’s 3300 and 3500, Emerson’s Ovation, Honeywell’s TDC 2000 and TDC 3000, Rolls Entronic’s FT-50, FT-100 and FT-110, Siemens’ SIMATIC and S5/S7, Triconex’s Tricon, Westinghouse’s WEStation and WDPF, and Woodward’s 505/505E, NetCon and MicroNet.

GTC’s Testing and Repair
In addition to performing functional tests on numerous circuit boards with fully energized panels, we have a state-of-the-art repair facility to ensure all work is performed in a clean and controlled environment.
There’s a limited lifespan of some plants which is not economically viable. The repair and remanufacturing solutions that GTC provides, not only save companies money, but also align with client’s goals of reducing waste.

Our Test & Certification and Repair Services, available for many of the product lines we sell, include a detailed Technical Report and Warranty Certificate, with an unmatched certification period of up to six years.

GTC’s Service Beyond The Sale
Our Field Services include Healthy Checks for Turbine Control Panels, Excitation and LCI, Troubleshooting & Outage Support, TIL Review & Implementation, HMI or Replacement-in-Kind, EEPROM Backup Service and NERC Compliance. You will get the support you need, guaranteed.
We also offer a variety of training courses carried out by knowledgeable instructors and practicing field engineers. You have the option of predefined seminars or fully customized classes to suit your specific requirements.

Seminars include MKIV, MKV, MKVI and MKVIe Engineers and Technicians.

Courses include MKIV, MKV, MKVI and MKVIe Engineers, Technicians and Operators, On-The-Job-Training (OJT) and Excitation & LCI.

GTC’s Upgrades, e.g. MKVIe
If you decide upon an OEM upgrade, GTC can help you defray the cost by acquiring your pull-out system and spares inventory.

For example, if you own any faulty MKVIe I/O Packs (Version H1A) or Controllers (Version UCSA), GTC is interested in buying them or providing credit for any future purchases.

GTC takes the lead in new technologies, we research new resources and apply them in new ways to solve problems. We worry about the controls so you don’t have to.

As the performance-tested controls pioneer, we promise to deliver unrivaled value powered by industrial-strength service.

Below is our recent interview with John SantaCroce, President & COO of GTC Control Solutions:

Q: Which departments do you work most closely with?

A: All of them, GTC relies heavily on cross-departmental collaboration.

Those who work in marketing, sales, accounting, repair and warehouse operations frequently communicate to provide the support our clients need.

A good example of this is when a client in Louisiana had blew a hardware stage on their LCI. Through our marketing, they heard of GTC being industrial leaders of reliability and continued support, so they immediately gave us a call. Although it was short notice, our managers quickly got the client set up and quoted for items they needed, late on a Saturday night. Early Sunday morning our warehouse manager easily picked, photographed and packed their products in time for collection by their courier. There was one item we did not have in our inventory, but our sales representative was able to quickly source it from a distribution center in Florida and hand-deliver it to them before the initial package had even arrived.

Because of GTC’s teamwork, we were able to get our client up and running without any further delay.

Q: What are the current goals your company is focused on, and how does the team at GTC work to support hitting those goals?

A: The repair and remanufacturing solutions that GTC provides, not only save companies money, but also align with client’s goals of reducing waste. Our objective is to bring these solutions to an array of industries. Our team holds bi-weekly meetings regarding this strategy execution.
