Q: Why is a good accounting software important for businesses?

A: One of the most important parts of running a business is making good decisions, you can only do that if you have good information that is easy to access. One of the foundations of Gravity is to make it easy for decision makers to access the information they need in real-time where ever they are at.

Q: Why should a small to medium business consider Gravity Software?

A: At Gravity we drive efficiency, transparency and ease of use. Companies turn to us because we make their lives easier and help their companies grow. Our features are specifically tailored for Stage 2 & 3 organizations that need more then the entry level products can offer but don’t want the cost or difficulty of working with big enterprise systems.

Q: What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced in launching your business and how did you overcome it?

A: The hardest part of launching Gravity has been building a recognizable brand. There is a lot of noise in the accounting software marketplace from big and small companies. We must differentiate ourselves. Because we are at the heart of a company’s information system, users do not want to change accounting systems unless they can see a true return and are comfortable with the company’s brand. Our foundation is built on a strong commitment to our customers. We spend a lot of time building social media programs to let potential users know who we are and why they would want to consider changing to us.
