Q: Craig, can you tell us what is GoKey?
A: GoKey is a Web3 project leveraging blockchain technology and real estate asset tokenization to help property ownership more accessible to anyone who wants it. GoKey is building a library of peer-to-peer financing solutions and forming a venture DAO to enable our community to collaboratively own and manage real estate.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We recently announced the launch of GoKey’s Initial Stake Pool Offering (ISPO). Our ISPO has already attracted delegation of over 1.2 million ADA to our stake pool, and over 130 delegators! We are offering attractive staking rewards, as well as valuable bonuses for staking over longer time periods.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: GoKey’s real estate tokenization platform is built on the Cardano blockchain, which has developed a unique and powerful Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism. Projects that operate their own stake pool have the option to offer their delegators project-specific governance and utility tokens in lieu of the ADA rewards that would normally be received. We see many advantages to this approach for our delegates and for the project. On top of that, we have plans for several innovative ways to utilize GoKey’s stake pool to add value to our community.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Over the next six months, the GoKey DAO will be transitioning to a fully on-chain DAO, with roles, governance and treasury managed in a transparent and democratic manner. We also plan to have several peer-to-peer smart contract templates available for testing.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: The best thing about GoKey is that we are building innovative solutions for an extremely large industry in a multi-trillion dollar market, that also have the potential to improve the financial security and lifestyle of millions of people across the US and the world.
