FanLogic Interactive is the creator of the new proprietary SAAS product, FanLogic Connect and provides Brands with deep user data, advanced analytics and insights. FanLogic’s digital lead and sales generation successes are driven by proprietary peer to peer referral based contests, coupons, sweepstakes, charitable initiatives, Branded games, 50/50 lotteries, charity draws, loyalty incentives, Branded social fantasy gaming and entertainment contests. Below is our interview with Jon Kann, Operations Manager at FanLogic Interactive:
Q: FanLogic recently launched FanLogic Connect Platform; could you tell us something more?
A: FanLogic Connect is a software platform that allows users to create, launch and manage marketing promotions and campaigns. Using FanLogic Connect, we are leveraging the viral qualities of incentive based gamification to create a positive user experience through Brand driven engagement. FanLogic Connect is able to provide its customers higher quality lead generation, social engagement, Brand exposure, and exponential conversion rates.
FanLogic Connect combines audience targeted engagement with incentive based gamification for companies to create a positive experience while extracting valuable user data and information.
Our platform drives increased user engagement, incentivizing users to provide small amounts of incremental information during each user interaction. The incentives extract valuable user information in a step by step manner and leverage the viral qualities of online contests and promotions to create Brand advocacy and grow our customer’s network, all while continuing to maintain a positive user experience.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your platform?
A: We have created a full featured marketing and social engagement platform with ease of use for the customer as a top priority. FanLogic Connect offers templated formatting with drag and drop functionality as well as self-help videos, specific state law links, and many other features to walk users easily through the process of creating and managing targeted custom campaigns. FanLogic Connect can also provide fully detailed after-action reports that allow the user to easily and quickly determine the effectiveness of their campaign, giving our customers the analytics and insights to continuously improve their campaigns.
Q: What makes FanLogic a good choice?
A: At FanLogic, we’re tackling the problem of high customer acquisition cost and the negative customer response from traditional marketing tactics. The FanLogic Connect platform takes the positive attributes of customer driven organic engagement and puts it into a Brand created engagement experience that creates Brand advocacy and loyalty. The platform converts positive social interaction into meaningful information capture and social media engagement into direct Brand engagement – BrandsBrands capture customer information traditionally held and owned by social media platforms. Q: What are your plans for next six months?
A: The next six months will be busy as we deploy the FanLogic Connect platform. We have tremendous traction in professional sports organizations and will be introducing FanLogic Connect to advertising agencies for use with their customers. We will continue to add features to the platform based on client feedback in line with our continuous improvement focus. It will be an exciting time for us at FanLogic.
