Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: EZOFIS is a low-code platform that helps companies to solve process inefficiencies by crafting business applications that automate workflows powered by AI and Ml capabilities. With 15 years of experience in the digital transformation industry, EZOFIS is known for its technological advancement to keep up with the industry trends and its simplicity to provide the ease-of-use to business users to solve complex business problems with its innovative solutions. We cover application areas such as workflow automation, document management, enterprise content management, business process automation, AI-powered workflows, and blockchain solutions.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: The long-awaited version upgrade, version 5, is hitting the market now with many advancements that companies are looking for to align with their organizations’ modernization strategies. The advances are in cloud features, low-code capabilities, data capture, AI, analytics, integration, and blockchain use cases. These tools in our new version will significantly change how businesses operate to create a unique value for themselves.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: In simple words, we automate business workflows. But, “Automate” carries many other values in our offering in the form of pre-built tools, components, and modules, which are very practical for organizations of any size. Those tools are readily available in our low-code platform for business users to create innovative workflows to modernize and automate their operations. It also integrates with other business apps to seamlessly handle the business flow. Apart from its low-code and AI capabilities, we also have industry-specific solutions which are ready-made in our platform and tested in various industries. One-stop-shop for organizations that constantly modernize their operations for a better experience and improved efficiency.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We will rapidly expand our channel network to cover new regions and customers so that we can always be customer-centric and instantly available for all our customers’ needs. We are also increasing customer acquisition globally, as the new version attracts many new organizations due to its unique value proposition and ability to fit into the futuristic expectations of thriving companies.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: Our customer base is mainly in India and the middle east, but now we have increasing acceptance in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia for our platform and are gaining more customers in these regions. We also have ramped our cloud servers in all these regions to provide secured and excellent availability of our solutions to our customers.
