Q: What advantage does JangoMail have over its competitors?
A: JangoMail has many advantages over our competitors, but we will narrow it down to a few. Live, US-Based customer support and industry leading deliverability. Based out of the US, JangoMail’s customer support team consists of trained Account Managers who partner with our clients to ensure the their email campaigns execute flawlessly. Our customer support team is available via phone, email, live chat, and we offer 24/7 emergency support. Once we make sure our clients are happy, then our Delivery Team focuses on getting those messages delivered. We offer our clients full control over messages, lists, and the overall experience of their email marketing.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your features?
A: We have features for both Marketers and Developers. Features include: Extensive API which can be used with both JangoMail and JangoSMTP*, Web Database Connection, Advanced Personalization, 100% Branding Control, Master/Subaccounts, SMTP, and automated messaging. Marketers can load and manage their lists within the JangoMail platform. In addition, JangoMail also provides list hygiene services, email creative services, digital marketing, and website services.

Q: What are your plans for next four months?
A: Over the next four months, JangoMail will be updating the UI with a drag and drop editor to simplify creating email messages. JangoMail is also working on GDPR Compliance and will be compliant by the May 2018 deadline, although it won’t necessarily impact our US based customers.
Q: What’s the best thing about JangoMail that people might not know about?
A: JangoMail has been around almost two decades and is based out of Dayton, Ohio.
