Q: Diana, can you tell us something more about your company?
A: Doppio Group is a business and technology consulting firm serving supply chain companies in North America. We specialize in business process and application transformation for Infor customers. Our global team is comprised of technical and functional experts who have a passion for solving complex problems and bringing their clients’ visions to life.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: In recent years, Doppio has grown by serving as an essential part of our clients’ teams – especially during the pandemic. With 30 managed services customers and growing, we work alongside our client’s IT teams to ensure they’re able to ship more products and complete more projects in a year. In this phase of growth, Doppio Group announced that Ron Scheuman has joined as COO to work alongside CEO, William Kragie. Both executives have a passion for building winning teams that drive real client results.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Doppio is hyper-focused on supporting Infor M3 accounts throughout the ERP life cycle. Leading with systems integration, business process automation, and managed support services, we are in the strongest position to deliver end-to-end client solutions, enabling companies to maximize their investment in enterprise software. Our senior management team is charged with scaling the Doppio consulting model to address the tsunami wave of customers migrating to multi tenant cloud.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: The paradigm shift away from on-premises tech to hybrid and multi cloud deployments is underway with large enterprises and now trickling down to middle market manufacturers. Our techno functional expertise with Infor solutions and use cases is in extremely high demand, especially considering the tight supply of experts in our ecosystem. In the next 6-12 months we expect to launch new migration engagements across various industry verticals by following a technology-first approach.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: We don’t sell software; most of our engagements begin well after the selection process. Doppio is in the business of bringing our customers’ visions to life through carefully planned and closely managed engagements. We are proud to solve the hardest problems by going beyond the call for our customers.
