Below is our recent interview with Mujib Khan, VP Strategy at DocNow:
Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to DocNow?
A: DocNow is a mobile application that connects patients with practitioners for in-person and Telehealth appointments. Our list of practitioners includes all doctors as well as dentists, veterinarians, psychiatrists, and physical therapists to name a few. Patients can search for practitioners and book open appointments through the mobile app. They have a choice to use either their own insurance or pay directly and are kept informed of the upcoming appointment and any cancellations so they can cee the practitioner earlier. There is no cost to search or book in person appointments. The only costs are what the patient pays to the practitioners and a small fee for the use of Telehealth should they use this facility.
