Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Cuselleration?
A: We started in a coffee shop in Long Beach and have grown to a multi-million dollar business in 5 years. Our clients stay with us because we do what we say and meet deliverables that can be quantified. Cuselleration is a marketing agency that builds systems and technology to drive brand growth and new business opportunities for companies. Q: Can you tell us something more about your services?
A: Our services start with a huge emphasis around competitor analysis and understanding who our clients are as a brand. We then dive into which channels (I.E – Social, Search, Etc) will provide the quickest path to new revenue (think of this like the low hanging fruits) while we are building more long-term campaign strategies for the next 3, 6, and 12 months. Then we focus around automation channels (I.E. Email, Bots, SMS, Direct to Message Voicemail, Etc) so our clients can operate as efficiently as possible while knowing that their marketing, more important their clients, are covered. We believe communication is key to any great relationship which is why all of our clients have a dedicated Marketing Manager who is responsible for the day to day operations on their account. We place a huge emphasis on reporting and communication so our clients know where we are at, where we are going, and how Cuselleration is going to get them there. Marketing is constantly evolving and changing which is why working with Cuselleration’stried and true systems and processes allows business owners to focus on what they are good at while knowing their marketing is covered.

A: Marketing is about telling a story and staying relevant to your customers. Q: What are your plans for the future?
A: The obvious plans are to continue our upward growth. How we get there is our focus. With that said, our plans for the future are the same as today. We are laser focused every day to deliver results and add tremendous value to our clients and their business by staying ahead of the curve and utilizing the latest technologies and most advanced marketing strategies. We continuously strive to create an innovative environment that allows us to attract and retain the best people. We believe happy and satisfied employees are the key to all our success.
