Below is our recent interview with Abi Collins, Marketing Manager at ELMO:
Q: Abi, what is ELMO?
A: ELMO is a cloud-based solution that helps thousands of organisations globally to effectively manage their people and processes. Modules available include Learning, Talent, Onboarding, HR Core and COVIDsecure.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: COVIDsecure is available for businesses to track COVID-19 test results and employee vaccination results.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: COVIDsecure offers a full and powerful dashboard, providing real-time key metrics to help businesses and leaders pro-actively prepare for and react to any risks around COVID-19 in the workplace.
The software can give an overall view into employees’ COVID-19 vaccine and test result status as well as tracking targeted business areas, drilling down into location, department and job roles.
With compliance monitoring workflows, COVIDsecure can automate reminders for both employees and business leaders.
It is possible to customise COVID-19 HR policies to suit your organisation’s needs and allow for fast deployment capabilities and in-built acknowledgment tracking.
COVIDsecure is a standalone module that works alongside the full ELMO software offering.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We believe that the traditional role of an HR function is at a seminal moment and that the focus is moving towards the people experience and away from the commodity-based elements of the role. As such our aim is to provide a range of tools that help deliver ongoing development, engagement and support of employees across all our clients.
We will be developing tools that focus on these elements. Experiences is an employee-centred module designed to improve communications and relationships throughout the business. ELMO Experiences creates memorable, personalised experiences for all the critical ‘moments that matter’ during the employee lifecycle. Important career transition milestones such as onboarding, promotions, internal moves, office relocations, return to work, and more.
We’ve also been looking at how we can proactively deliver employee analytics to the team, traditionally reporting/information has been completed retrospectively, our newest module “Analytics” serves up trend analysis about employee flight risks and satisfaction. An organisation can then proactively address these pieces without losing people from their team.
