Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Axiomatic Data?
A: Form 5500 series is a reporting and disclosure tool used to satisfy annual reporting requirements by public and private companies in the U.S. for employee benefit plans under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. Form 5500 was jointly developed by the Department of Labor (DOL), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). Employee benefit plans include welfare benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc. and retirement benefits such as 401Ks and others.
Q: What is the impact of current situation on your business?
A: The pandemic has slowed business a little as it is harder to get the attention of prospects who might be able to use our data. But compared to many other businesses, the impact on us has been minor.

Q: Who is your ideal client and why?
A: Our content is quantitative and is used as a measure of financial health so hedge funds make up the bulk of our customer base. And these hedge funds are NOT high-speed traders because our content is updated monthly.
Q: What can we expect from Axiomatic Data in next 6 months?
A: We just released access to our content through a product we call Finder which makes the data more readily accessible to private equity firms, fundamental asset managers, and corporate users. We expect to be enhancing this service significantly over the next 6 months.
