Q: For those who have not heard of it, what is the best way to describe Stock Option Coach?
A: I teach people how to successfully trade Stocks, Stock Options, and Futures. My wife & I run a small boutique business where you get the Rolls Royce treatment as a customer. There is really no one else who does what we do, the way we do it, to the level we do it. As a mentor, I teach, support, and guide every student step by step in learning the skill set of trading. Our goal with every student is to show them how to lose the 9-5 job by replacing their income. And even business owners, doctors, and professionals of all fields have trained with me so they can take back control of their time while still matching or exceeding their income. We are literally a “family” of traders and we do not use that word lightly. It’s also a little-known fact that I have earned the trust of Navy Seals and have trained many folks from the military. I consider it a special honor!
Q: Randall, how did you get an idea for Stock Option Coach?
A: I was asked by a longtime friend (50+ years) to help his son out who was failing at trading. I had sold my home building business & had become a successful full-time trader at that point in my life. But I initially tried to pass as I did not consider myself a teacher. And I did not need a job as I was blessed in the financial area. I had become wealthy from my building and real estate investment business! But I ultimately agreed, and successfully taught Michael how to trade. He did well and is still trading to this day! Then another couple of friends wanted in, and it just took on a life of its own. These days, when a student sends me a note saying how my training changed his (or her) life, I get what I call psychic income that is almost hard to describe. But it is one of the greatest feelings in the world! Teaching others has become a new chapter in my life!

Q: Could you tell us something more about your background?
A: I was born & raised in Houston, Tx., and it’s where I raised my two kids. I was a corporate guy, climbing the ladder until that business was sold, and I decided to go out on my own. At 28, this was a huge decision for me, but I couldn’t envision 40 years of the corporate life while making someone else wealthy. Fortunately, I had $30k that I had put into the stock market the year before & turned it into a little over $150,000. So, I had the funds to start my business. And even though I continued to play the stock market on the side, I could not recapture the magic. I realized that I had previously been lucky by riding a high-flying stock that was moving up fast in a roaring bull market. Yes, all luck and zero skill. So, I grew my building business and started a real estate Investment company buying rental properties, mostly houses & apartments. But while I ran my real estate companies, I continued to take stock market courses, read 100+ books, and tried every method on the planet to learn to trade stocks profitably. Nothing worked. So, 10 years ago, I rededicated myself to learning how to trade the stock market & after two intense years of study & practice I discovered how to repeat that big 1st year I had in the market. And I leaned that I could use options for leverage and easily trade the high flying FAANG type stocks (FB, Apple, Amazon, etc) which make the big moves necessary to grow your account.
Q: What does your online training program look like?
A: We use a blueprint that works, and anyone can follow if they are willing to put in the work. As a highly skilled home builder, I followed a blueprint to build every home, and all my students do the same with the trading blueprint I created. And anyone that signs up, I consider a friend and fellow trader. I also teach students how to lose the lack mindset too many folks have, and how to run their subconscious mind in a way that opens them to abundance. In the shortest possible time. I consider my training more than just a business; it is a new life experience! I even play golf with some students, some come to our dinner parties, and many just come out to visit for a day or two. Students really do feel like part of the SOC family. Because they are! Right after anyone signs up, they will hear me say: Welcome, I’m honored to be your mentor & part of your trading journey!
Q: What does it take to become a profitable trader? Can anyone do it?
A: You bet. 10% of the traders take 90% of the money that the public loses. We show students how to be in the 10% group, and success is possible for anyone who will follow our training. I’ve trained people from all walks of life. It’s not about intellect. It’s not about where you went to college. It’s not about how much money you have or don’t have. We all had training of some sort when we 1st hit the workplace as an adult and were trained in some kind of skill set. Trading is a skill set that anyone can learn. Just like whatever skill set you learned when you entered the work force, you can also learn a new one. And the good news is, it can be learned in a short period of time. At Stock Option Coach, every single student had at least one winning the very 1st day after their training. And then they know how to repeat this every day. It’s a process, just like starting your car. You cannot start the engine until you put your foot on the brake. And you cannot put it in reverse until the engine is running. Almost everything we do in life is a step by step process. Most of them we do so often we are not even aware that it was a process that we learned quickly.
As proof, most traders are well on their way to a life of trading after 3 months, and I’ve never had a student who did not have at least one winning trade on his or her 1st day, which speaks to how simple our process is. And the beautiful thing is that they always know exactly where to enter a trade, how to manage the risk, and how to hold a winning trade. After all, that’s why they hired me to mentor them!
So, if you can find someone in that small 10% group of successful traders to teach you, you can trade successfully. And I’m not talking about a marketer, a seminar speaker, or an author of “trading” books. Their income comes from those sources and not from trading profits. And if there was a $39.95 book that could show you how to make a living at trading, with the internet, wouldn’t it go viral in a day? And wouldn’t everyone be a successful trader and be in that 10% group? So, what you need is a mentor, a coach that really trades full time and knows how to teach. And you may not be aware that none of the “courses” out there teach the successful mindset you need to be a winning trader. Well, we do. It’s a big part of our training!
So, find someone you can trust and just put one foot in front of the other on your trading journey. Remember, you must take your foot off 1st base before you can get to second base. Maybe it’s time to bet on yourself. Time to lose the excuses, get started, and invest in your future. Betting on yourself is the ultimate investment! Your trading future is waiting for you to show up.

A: I have decided to gradually expand so that I can have an impact on more people’s lives. I want to leave my mark on the trading world, not by gauging how much money I have accumulated, but by how many people I can turn into full time traders, changing their lives forever in a very positive way. Think about it. When a student reaches his or her trading goals, not only do they not have to be stuck in a dead end job any longer, or apply for a job ever again, but they know they can support themselves & their family in a lifestyle of their choosing. And some just want to enjoy their golden years knowing they can trade and earn income no matter their age. Some want to live in a safe, beautiful town by the ocean or the mountains. The kind of places they used to go on vacation.
To continue our legacy, my son has already joined forces with me, and my daughter has plans to join soon. We have already added a Futures course to the Day & Swing Trading Mastery courses and will add a long-term stock course to guide folks in holding the right “super stocks” and or manage their 401K portfolios.
