Q: Jim, what is CARvengers?
A: CARvengers.com is a new online community and website to unite consumers needing emergency or routine automotive repair service with the most reputable shops in town. For consumers the site is free. From a zip code, they can browse and locate the best repair professionals for their automotive needs, compare authentic reviews, make service appointments, and leave a new review. The platform is available by subscription to automotive professionals across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and provides access to scheduling technology, collects verified reviews, and provides the ability to post flash deals, events, and classifieds. CARvengers.com provides affordable access to technology for the mom and pop shops who want to reach a broader audience.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: CARvengers.com officially launched during the pandemic but is quickly ramping up membership and expanding features on the site. The onsite review feature is available only to customers who made their service appointment on the site and actually had service performed, so all reviews are legitimate and originate from actual consumers. Auto pros of any size, including dealers, are welcome on CARvengers.com and appreciated by people in towns with limited access to smaller repair shops. CARvengers also offers car-related services such as ride-booking inspection sites, car wash and detail centers, tow services, car component add-ons and tinting.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: The site offers automotive repair shops the technology of today to service the customer of tomorrow, in line with several rising trends in the current automotive market. CARvengers.com caters to the digitally tethered Millennial generation that is now entering the auto marketplace and expects to find reviews and make appointments online with service providers. Smaller, less sophisticated auto shops can get the technological functionality they need to attract and capture this market with CARvengers.com. Also, with the price of new and used cars now skyrocketing, people are driving their car for longer and need more automotive repair than in years past. CARvengers.com also simplifies the process of locating shops that offer hard-to-find service for electric and/or hybrid vehicles.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We plan to continue building out our services with all things automotive on CARvengers.com so our subscribers can continue to grow organically. We have launched a blog and are continually improving our site. From the start our mission has been to be the tech startup that elevates, rather than hinders, the growth of the industry we serve. We plan to differentiate ourselves from the competition with the value we provide through transparent reviews, broad participant base, classified ads, coupons, and vast automotive-related content.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: Today’s consumer is looking for functionality and ease in working with service providers.
