Q: You have identified individuals who were involved in terrorist attacks in the past, is that correct? Could you tell us something more?
A: We have been involved in intelligence analysis and have numerous success stories in terms of identifying known and potential terrorists and their associated network.
Integral assisted DHS ICE with a sophisticated solution to locate suspicious activities across the U.S. We extracted a significant amount of data from its watch desk and also worked with the NYPD and FBI to screen and collect data. Integral’s analysis assisted in the elimination of the entire network of mafias from Russia and Eastern European countries operating out of Brooklyn, New York. The federal government was very appreciative and we received many accolades for our support in this effort that only took ten months to achieve.
Q: What types of businesses do you serve?
A: We primarily serve Federal government agencies mostly related to security, intelligence and law enforcement. This includes the U.S. Army INSCOM, Department of State, Treasury FinCEN, Air Force Research Labs, DIA, DISA, DTRA and DHS (ICE, OBIM, TSA, and USCG). We also serve limited commercial clients, specifically in DevOps and IT service management capacity as an Ivanti Partner.
Q: What are some of the key challenges you’re helping them solve?
A: Integral has assisted Army INSCOM, DHS, ICE, and TSA Office of Intelligence and Analysis in cracking dangerous networks of terrorists, gangsters and mafias. Our expertise in Multimodal Biometrics also allows us to help the Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM) with screening, collecting data and performing data analysis. In addition, Integral has built innovative solutions such as biometric algorithms and laser engraving and perforations for the next generation passport program which has garnered the interest of several other federal agencies looking to apply our solutions to their NextGen secure solutions.

In the words of Integral’s co-founder and Executive Vice President, Abhai Johri, “We are building a company that has established its brand, that is here to last, that delivers quality, and that has the reputation for high performance. We have a tag line “exceeding expectations …” and we are very serious about preserving this value. We have trained our team to be passionate about exceeding expectations not just for our clients, but also in everything that we do.” Integral will also continue to increase our social responsibility and promote a culture of charity and community volunteer activities across the company.
Q: What do you expect from 2020?
A: 2020 has been a challenging year, but we have learned to adapt to the current industry scenario. All of our contracts are going strong and most program managers have reported increased communication and collaboration with both the client and employees. We have been carefully monitoring the situation and will continue to take timely actions to maintain and sustain our growth, while also focusing on the safety and well-being of our employees. As a result, we expect another successful year despite the global economy’s unexpected ninety degree turn due to COVID-19.
